I know sleep is my biggest weakness. If I didn't sleep well, I'm more likely to blow off my responsibilities. If I could just get this right, my life will fall into the right direction.

Windows 10 has a night mode built in just right click on the desktop, go to settings, type in night in the search field and you will get the night mode settings as a result, there you can set your time when the screen should get more orange, essentially reducing the amount of blue light. if works for everything but the cursor but that shuoldn't be a problem.

Sleep every night its pretty simple. You'd have to a fucking moron to think it's good to not sleep. To say diet and exercise isn't as important as sleep. Well to that I would say breathing is more important than sleeping… fucking duh

When I sleep good I definitely have a great day and I have more energy as well, but I would say that one have to make healthy lifestyle to continue having a great life !!!body mind and spirit are connected with each other.. so everything has to be in balance .
It's like when you eat healthy you feel better than your actions are satisfying and your mind is clear and you're in peace with your self and that can give you good night sleep so it's a circle…got to follow all that…so diet sleep equally important .

wow i have some insomnia issues and my core temperature is often too high or at least very high! i am currently even looking for meditation methods to lower my body temperature because i suspected its a factor in my insomnia. interesting to hear this confirmed by mr stevenson!
Did the research also involve the body temperature range throughout the day and the influences of lenght of daylight or other factors?

About his latter point: in order to be healthy, be around healthy people!
Think about how our society today becomes more and more pathologized from this pov by people who create groups in which health is neglected because they want to protect their emotions. Ex. Obese people who instead of hanging around their regular friends and starting to work for their own betterment, become bitter, jealous and gravitate towards groups that not only reward but encourage them being overweight and all the behaviours that got them there. And if you add to that the mentality of the victim these groups very often adopt, if you add how much they share their often feelings of guilt and helplessness, you start to realise why is so hard for them to change. Their mind doesnt even sincerely try anymore.
I am not judging by any means, people sometimes do this perfectly unscoscious of their motivations and so on, but I believe it's worthwile to think about it.

Sleep is returning to one's true Self, one's Spirit to pick up life energy for another day – that is why the brain waves during deep dreamless sleep are the same as in deep meditation – the difference between deep dreamless sleep and meditation is that in deep dreamless sleep, one is unconscious and in deep meditation one is conscious 😀

TOM:::::: Hope you read this—- Thank you thank you thank you for the notes with the links (anchors)!!! It's so helpful compared to skipping around trying to find a specific WOW comment that enlightened and touched me. Thank you! And thank you for ALL your interviews. What a WEALTH of healing knowledge you are contributing to the world. ONE more thing: Please stay humble, please stay the student in your interviews. Remember: it is your great questions that spawn your guests great answers. Can't ask a great question when in the tranced ego state. (It's too self-serving out of insecurity.)

this makes me wonder though, if we were cavemen and outside, the moon reflection is bluish is it not, meaning what we are trying to avoid was the major color we actually had if we were outside at night like a wild animal??? Or would we be sleeping at that point

another interesting thing is I know people who can just fall asleep no matter the circumstance, where others can't to people having to watch tv to go to sleep in the background to people taking Ambien… I think sleep also has to do with state of mind and "health" the person is in at the time ??? no this. doesn't count for the quality of sleep he refers to but I think the main factor is can you even get to sleep which is plaguing our society
